Our Story

Built by techs. For techs.

Voice2Work was born in a repair shop — not a venture capital office. We know what your day looks like because we've lived it.

"Appliance repair is a skilled trade. It deserves software that actually understands it — not a watered-down version of a plumbing app."

For too long, appliance repair shops have been forced to use generic field service tools designed for plumbers, electricians, and landscapers. Tools that don't understand fault codes, OEM part numbers, or warranty portals. We built Voice2Work to change that.

How we got here

From one frustrated repair shop.

The frustration starts
Marcus, a Sub-Zero repair specialist in Texas, was spending more time fighting his FSM software than fixing appliances. Warranty claims rejected for missing fields. Parts ordered from the wrong supplier. A scheduling app that didn't know what a fault code was.

The first build
Marcus teamed up with Sofia, a software engineer with a background in field operations, to build an internal tool for his shop. Within 60 days, warranty rejections dropped to near zero and average jobs per truck increased from 4 to 6 per day.

Other shops start asking
Word spread at a regional Sub-Zero service conference. Five other shops asked to beta-test the tool. The feedback was unanimous — appliance repair shops had been underserved for years. Voice2Work was officially incorporated.

AI changes everything
With the rise of practical AI in field operations, Voice2Work launched its first AI Specialists — starting with Triage AI and Dispatch AI. Shops reported saving 8–12 hours per week in dispatching and triage alone.

The only FSM built 100% for appliance repair
Voice2Work now serves shops across North America — from solo techs to multi-location operations. With 12 AI Specialists, native ServicePower/ServiceBench integration, and Encompass parts ordering, there is no other tool like it.
What we believe

The principles we build on.

Depth over breadth
We will never try to serve every trade. We go deeper on appliance repair so you don't have to work around generic limitations.
Your time is money
Every feature we build is evaluated by one measure: does it save a tech time in the field or save an owner time in the office?
No surprise pricing
One flat price, per shop, not per technician. No setup fees, no long-term contracts, no hidden charges.
Built with techs
Every major feature is tested with real appliance repair technicians before it ships. We don't guess at what the field needs.
AI with guardrails
Our AI Specialists augment your team, they don't replace judgment. A tech always has the final say on every job and every claim.
Pays for itself
If Voice2Work doesn't pay for itself through recovered warranty claims, time saved, or additional jobs, we'll refund your first month.
