Everything you need to know about Voice2Work — pricing, setup, integrations, and daily use.

General
What is Voice2Work?
Voice2Work is a field service management (FSM) platform built exclusively for appliance repair shops. Unlike generic tools like ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro that serve plumbers, HVAC, electricians, and everyone else, Voice2Work is purpose-built for the specific workflows of appliance repair — from diagnosing brand-specific fault codes to submitting warranty claims to ServicePower and ServiceBench.
Who is Voice2Work for?
Voice2Work is built for appliance repair shops of any size — from a solo tech running their own route to a multi-location operation with 50+ techs. If you repair Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Bosch, Maytag, Cove, or any major appliance brand, Voice2Work was designed for your exact workflow.
How is Voice2Work different from ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro are general-purpose FSM tools built for the broad home services industry. They don't understand appliance-specific things like fault codes, OEM part number databases, or warranty portal submissions. Voice2Work is the only FSM that natively integrates with Encompass for parts, understands brand-specific diagnostic codes, and submits directly to ServicePower and ServiceBench — without any workarounds.
Does Voice2Work work for both warranty and out-of-warranty repairs?
Absolutely. Voice2Work handles both. For warranty work, claims are auto-packaged and submitted to ServicePower or ServiceBench the moment a job closes. For out-of-warranty jobs, Voice2Work handles estimates, invoicing, and Stripe payment collection — all in one workflow.
Pricing
How much does Voice2Work cost?
Voice2Work has three plans: Solo at $79/month (1 tech), Growing at $149/month (up to 10 techs), and Enterprise at custom pricing for larger operations. Annual billing saves 25%. See the full pricing page for details.
Are there per-technician fees?
No. Voice2Work is priced per shop, not per technician. The Solo plan is for 1 tech, the Growing plan covers up to 10 techs at one flat price. You're not punished for growing your team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all Growing plan features during the trial. At the end, choose a plan or your account pauses automatically with no charges.
Setup & Getting Started
How long does it take to get set up?
Most shops are up and running within 30 minutes. The onboarding wizard walks you through adding your technicians, connecting your calendar, and linking your warranty portals step by step. Growing plan customers also get a 1-on-1 onboarding call with our team.
Can I import my existing customer and job data?
Yes. You can import customers and job history via CSV on any plan. Enterprise customers get white-glove data migration directly from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or your existing system.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — native iOS and Android apps are included in every plan. Technicians can view their schedule, clock in, capture photos, look up parts, collect payments, and close jobs entirely from their phone. See the Mobile App page for a full walkthrough.
AI Agents
What are AI Specialists and what do they do?
Voice2Work's AI Specialists are purpose-built AI agents that each handle a specific part of your operation. For example, Triage AI qualifies incoming jobs, Dispatch AI optimizes technician routes, and Diagnostic AI interprets fault codes. The 7 Core Specialists are included free in every plan. Optional Marketplace AI agents (Voice AI, Email AI, etc.) are available as add-ons. Visit the AI Team page for the full roster.
Does Voice AI answer my phones automatically?
Yes — Voice AI is an optional add-on ($19.99/mo + usage) that answers calls, qualifies the job, captures appliance details, and books appointments automatically. It hands off to a human the moment a call needs a personal touch. You'll never miss a job because you were on another call.
Integrations
Does Voice2Work integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes — QuickBooks Online sync is included in the Growing and Enterprise plans. Invoices, payments, and parts costs flow automatically without manual entry. See all integrations on our Integrations page.
What payment processors does Voice2Work support?
Voice2Work uses Stripe for card payments. Stripe supports all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfers. Stripe processing fees apply separately (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). There are no additional Voice2Work processing fees.
Warranty Claims
Which warranty portals does Voice2Work connect to?
Voice2Work has native integrations with both ServicePower and ServiceBench — the two major warranty portals used by most appliance manufacturers. Claims are submitted automatically when a tech closes a warranty job, with all required fields, fault codes, labor time, parts, and photos pre-populated.
What happens when a warranty claim is rejected?
You get an instant alert with the specific rejection reason. Voice2Work (with Warranty AI) flags the exact field or missing document that caused the rejection, so you can fix it and resubmit in minutes rather than days.
